Conflict Resolution

Conflict is a normal byproduct of working with others. But if conflict isn’t addressed effectively in an organizational setting, the consequences can go far beyond unresolved feelings. Conflict can impede productivity, sometimes the very flow of the business itself.  

If unresolved conflicts are causing problems in your organization, be it between two individuals or on a larger scale, we can provide much-needed mediation. 

Specifically, we:

  • Facilitate dialogue;

  • Help all involved get clear on what the issue is and what’s needed to resolve it;
  • Work toward reaching that resolution, always with an eye to desired business outcomes;
  • Make sure people have the skills and confidence to resolve conflicts in the future.
